Megan Taylor is a finance and strategy professional by trade and the founder of Momiculture, a company focused on enabling mothers in the workplace to thrive.  Balancing the demands of professional and personal responsibilities is particularly challenging for these women who straddle the dual role of working professional and household CEO.  Megan's work life experience of raising infant-and-toddler aged children while striving to become Vice President in her workplace led her to use her influence to advocate for progress and establish resources for working parents internally in the organization. Now, through Momiculture, she is impassioned to reach even more mothers. She leverages her coaching certification, ~300 hours of leadership development, a graduate degree and her own work life journey to help the Momiculture community ditch the guilt, move beyond burnout and emerge with confidence, peace of mind, clarity and a powerful tool set.
